The phrase was painted on a building in a city often shaped by migration, tourism, and luxury development, while also being marked by a strong Latino presence. In this context, the action raised a question about displacement, belonging, and historical amnesia: who is framed as an immigrant on lands already marked by colonization?

Carried out during one of the most visible moments of the international art calendar, the intervention shifted this debate from institutional spaces into the urban landscape itself, confronting the contradictions between visibility, territory, and power in the city.
